Refund Policy

Our promise

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we will replace it — no questions beyond basic verification.

How to claim

Email us at teamtrendntrust@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a clear unboxing video showing the issue. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

Refunds

If a replacement is not possible, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI.

Cancellations

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed. COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us.

Note: products are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
